  • All products offered on Same Creative (including art prints, posters, and merchandise) are printed on demand and fulfilled through our printing partner, Gelato (https://www.gelato.com).
  • Colors & Display: We make every effort to display product colors, details, and sizes accurately. However, because display settings vary across monitor screens and mobile devices, the physical product you receive may have slight variations in color tone or saturation compared to what appears on your screen.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (e.g., unauthorized transactions, stock/print availability issues, or pricing errors).
  • Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in USD ($) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated and added during checkout.
  • Payment Processing: Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments). We do not store your complete credit card or financial information.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • Fulfillment & Production: Orders are processed automatically and sent to Gelato’s nearest printing facility based on your delivery address. Production times vary depending on the product and location.
  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs hold-ups, carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Damaged Items

Because all items are custom-printed on demand upon order confirmation:

  • Order Cancellations / Modifications: Orders enter automated production shortly after being placed. Cancellations or address changes can only be requested before production begins, but are not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect Choice / Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or incorrect shipping address submissions by the customer.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
    1. Contact us at screative[@]sahelizabeth.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
    2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage to both the item and packaging.
    3. Upon verification, we will happily send a replacement order free of charge or issue a refund.

  • All artwork, images, designs, logos, text, and content featured on Same Creative are the intellectual property of Same Creative / Samara Silva and are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
  • Purchasing a physical art print grants you a license to display the product for personal use only.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork or digital assets from this website without explicit written consent from the owner.
