Shipping: Orders are printed and processed locally via Gelato within 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges: Because all artwork prints are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at screative@sahelizabeth.com with a photo of the damage, and we will immediately send a free replacement or offer a full refund.
